通过六年来的不断实践和创新，新鼎明架设了传统金融机构和影视内容团队之间的桥梁，与金融机构共同以及单独开发的并由新鼎明受托管理的丰富影视金融产品，为影视行业增加了一个稳定可靠的资金供应管道，并协助从业者培养良好的契约精神，推动行业各方共同成长。
通过对90多部电视剧、10多部院线电影、80多部网络大电影网剧以及综艺、音乐节等项目的支持，我们深感创作者在资金的需求之外，还需要行业资源的支持。为此，新鼎明通过影视头条、聚米众筹、泰和传播等子公司，以及合作伙伴，共同构建了更为完善的囊括投资、制作、宣传、发行、资讯、大数据分析、演艺和经纪等全产业链服务体系，协同运作更为有力的支持创作活动。
NEWTIMING PLAN是由新鼎明和沙龙电影共同发起，综合制作、资金、宣发、政策等优势资源，针对香港及亚洲影视创作者的长期扶持计划。
NEWTIMING PLAN在首年度将重点支持15-60个香港及亚洲各地区影视作品，为影视创作者开拓内地市场及全球市场所需要的资金、技术及资源配置提供全方位的支持，促进电影文化和电影工业的融合发展，呈现更多有创意、有情怀的优秀电影作品给观众。
我们提供资金、开拓市场、宣发、制作等支持。
只要申请加入NEWTIMING计划，经评估符合我们的标准，根据项目性质、规模，即有机会获得：
1. 2000万元以内，由聚米众筹提供的资金支持；
2. 2000万元至10亿元，由新鼎明影视基金提供的资金支持。

Through six years practicing and innovating, NEWTIMING has set up a bridge between the traditional financial institutions and the film & television content team, developed film & television financial products with financial institutions jointly or separately which entrusted management by NEWTIMING, to increase a stable and reliable supply of funds for the film & television industry, to help practitioners cultivate a good contract spirit and promote the growth of all sectors of this industry.
Through the support of more than 90 TV dramas, 10 cinema films, 80 new media movies, as well as comprehensive arts and music festivals，we understand deeply that the creators need more support of the industry resources in addition to the financial needs. Therefore, NEWTIMING established a whole industry chain service system with our subsidiaries includes investment, production, publicity, distribution, information, large data analysis and so on.
NEWTIMING PLAN is a long-term film support program for creators in Asia and co-sponsored by Newtiming and Salon Films, which serves in film funding, filmmaking, P&A and related.
NEWTIMING PLAN Shall support about 15 to 60 film creators and projects of Asia in the first year. NEWTIMING PLAN will support with film funding, co-area filmmaking, P&A and full chain in film industry. NEWTIMING PLAN will support those creators who are full of passion just as what we have done in the past 6 years and help build their dreams to truth.
Newtiming Plan provides film funding, producing, distribution and related support.
Once chosen, Newtiming Plan will provide all those needed including funding:
1. Less than 20 million RMB, funded by Jumi Finance support.
2. 20 million to 1 billion RMB, funded by Newtiming film funds.
